TL;DR

Agricultural Engineer – Data & ETL Industrialization (Regulatory Data): Industrializing regulatory data processes for global agricultural markets with an accent on ETL development, database validation, and automation of quality controls. Location: Residence in Galicia, Spain required with availability to attend monthly/weekly meetings in Coruña. Remote work with flexible schedule.

What you will do

  • Design and develop ETL processes for new regulatory countries, transforming manual workflows into mechanized ones.
  • Standardize transformation and validation rules, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Implement data quality reviews, perform database comparisons (Access, SQL), and automate validation.
  • Act as technical link between production team and IT, translating needs into specifications and validating deliverables.
  • Participate in sprint control, AGILE tracking, and operational governance for complex team organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, or related.
  • Experience developing ETL processes; knowledge of scripting (Python or similar).
  • Experience with databases (Access, SQL) and structured comparisons.
  • Advanced Excel skills; high level of English.
  • Residence in Galicia and availability for meetings in Coruña.
  • Strong team spirit, independence, communication, flexibility, and creativity.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in global agricultural market (crop protection/seeds).
  • Intermediate French; international agricultural experience.
  • Interest in ISO 9001, structured processes, and continuous improvement.
