What you will do

• Lead technical development, validation, and industrialization of packaging components for perfume caps.
• Provide technical inputs during design phases and support FMEA activities to ensure project readiness.
• Manage supplier capability and capacity improvements and conduct root-cause analysis for specification deviations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve production line efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate technical homologation and maintain business continuity plans, including supplier duplication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a similar academic background.
• 3–5 years of experience in packaging or similar technical roles.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience working with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• English: Mandatory
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Granollers, Spain
