What you will do
- Lead Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIAs) and due diligence activities driven by emerging regulatory requirements.
- Analyze human rights data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with global business units, corporate functions, third-party providers, and production facilities.
- Develop and manage reporting mechanisms on program status, risks, and impact.
- Represent the company in partnerships with industry associations and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Optimize project management processes through technology and automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management with a focus on social and human rights issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions in complex situations.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive senior-level experience in CSR, responsible sourcing, or international development.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
