hirify.global is an open-source Firebase alternative providing a suite of tools for developers to build scalable applications.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain AI tooling including MCP, agent skills, and other developer interfaces.
  • Advance the dashboard assistant into a self-serve product for debugging and daily workflows.
  • Develop and improve evaluation frameworks, instrumentation, and feedback loops for AI use cases.
  • Design and optimize how documentation and product knowledge are exposed to AI agents.
  • Create tools and patterns for customers to integrate AI into their apps using vector embeddings and Edge Functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CLI, frontend, and API teams to deliver coherent developer experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in TypeScript and the JavaScript ecosystem (npm, ES modules, bundlers).
  • Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including current agent patterns and practical tradeoffs.
  • Experience building developer tools, product interfaces, or platform primitives.
  • Proven experience designing or using evaluation frameworks to measure AI reliability and quality.
  • Knowledge of Postgres, database best practices, and vector databases like pgvector.
  • Strong focus on writing tests, benchmarking, and validating reliability in real-world conditions.
