Focus on data-driven validation through A/B testing and deep analysis, on-site collaboration at customer sites, and bridging feedback to core R&D for productization.

Location: UK, virtual-first with hubs across three continents and international travel to EMEA/AMER customer sites required.

What you will do

• Maintain ongoing technical ownership of 2–3 high-value enterprise accounts.
• Build and deploy conversational agents, custom extensions, and algorithmic tweaks to solve business problems.
• Conduct A/B testing and deep data analysis to validate impact on customer KPIs.
• Travel to customer sites in EMEA/AMER for technical workshops and architectural understanding.
• Act as bridge to R&D, identifying recurring needs for core platform productization.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Search Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or high-end Technical Delivery.
• Deep understanding of Discovery platforms, ranking/algorithms, and e-commerce performance impact.
• Technical generalist fluent in code for minor to moderate changes, testing, and extensions.
• Exceptional communication and consultative skills for complex enterprise environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites.
