System Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

System Analyst (Fintech): Designing and integrating data-driven solutions for banking and credit products with an accent on API architecture, high-quality data flows, and analytical reporting. Focus on creating detailed HLD/LLD documentation, developing REST APIs, and implementing scalable ETL processes.

Location: Hybrid from Warsaw (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements to align with stakeholder expectations.
• Design high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) system architecture documentation.
• Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs following industry best practices.
• Collaborate on the implementation of data integration and ETL processes.
• Create logical and physical data models and develop Power BI dashboards for business reporting.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or System Architect.
• Strong expertise in REST API design, integration, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and Power BI report creation.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process and system modelling.
• Experience working with banking data and credit products.
• Knowledge of Gherkin for requirement specification and proficiency with GitHub.
