Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver technical integration solutions for the hirify.global Dimension system based on client requirements.
• Gather and document technical requirements and collaborate with global teams remotely.
• Manage data imports, transformations, and exports to ensure seamless integration with diverse data sources.
• Prepare test cases and support System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Unit test, document, and demo implemented solutions to stakeholders.
• Share technical knowledge across the team and the wider company.

Requirements

• Experience in systems integration within software implementation projects.
• Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT and proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and MQ Series or similar integration technologies.
• Knowledge of the full software implementation life cycle.
• English: Proficiency for daily use in an international environment is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating financial IT systems.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages, ISO20022, and MT/MX formats.
• Knowledge of or interest in investment finance and capital markets.
