What you will do

• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, and Designers to create seamless global user experiences.
• Develop robust new features and APIs while addressing bugs and optimizing existing products.
• Participate in the entire Software Development Lifecycle, from initial discovery to final deployment.
• Design and optimize systems to ensure scalability and high performance under large transaction volumes.
• Ensure a customer-centric experience through high-quality engineering and attentive development.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the specified EMEA countries.
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript best practices.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, database modeling, and data migrations.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns.
• Experience building secure, scalable APIs utilizing JWT tokens and queue-based systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products operating 24/7 on major cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architecture on AWS.
• Knowledge of the FinTech industry and its specific challenges.
