What you will do

• Assess existing integrations infrastructure and drive architectural changes for better reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Design and build new partner integrations, establish reusable patterns, and scale connector/pipeline platform.
• Own end-to-end data quality with validation, anomaly detection, and confidence signals.
• Build normalization layer to transform inconsistent customer data into canonical model, applying AI for field mapping and entity resolution.
• Develop observability tooling including monitoring, alerting, and debugging.
• Partner with leadership to shape roadmap and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years building production software with depth in integrations, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure.
• Experience assessing systems, identifying weaknesses, and delivering lasting architectural improvements.
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and third-party data challenges at scale.
• Track record influencing technical direction across teams without authority.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills.
