What you will do

• Own the production management of several hundred digital and print assets per month.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 designers and 7-8 external freelancers, managing backlogs and prioritization.
• Improve intake, briefing, and scoping processes to implement a transparent service model for stakeholders.
• Maintain asset libraries, standardize modular templates, and develop design systems for efficiency.
• Automate workflows in project management tools (Wrike/Jira) and establish RACI and QA loops.
• Drive efficiency in asset creation and localization by leveraging AI, Figma, Miro, and Adobe tools.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in design/creative roles, including 2–4 years leading a multi-channel design or creative ops team.
• Experience with localization at scale and multi-market creative operations within e-commerce.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike or Jira and DAM workflows.
• Data literacy with experience using dashboards and testing frameworks to iterate creative performance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (60% presence required).

Nice to have

• Strong change management skills to guide teams through process and tooling transitions.
• Ability to confidently present concepts and roadmaps to leadership through storytelling.
• Experience with AI-driven design solutions.
