What you will do
- Lead and sustain innovation programs ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, and long-term impact.
- Drive innovation culture through storytelling, community engagement, and management of internal communication channels.
- Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with startups, academia, and other ecosystem players.
- Standardize and continuously improve innovation processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Track performance and provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in innovation or project management.
- Proven experience in sustainability.
- English: Fluent level required.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing ambiguity independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in the circular economy.
- Experience in entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial environments.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
