What you will do

• Standardize and continuously improve innovation processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Track performance and provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in innovation or project management.
• Proven experience in sustainability.
• English: Fluent level required.
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing ambiguity independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in the circular economy.
