Salary: $53,000 - $90,400

What you will do
- Support critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Identify root causes of complex technical issues and deliver fast, effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to triage escalations.
- Support deployments in both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Manage customer escalations and maintain high service standards to ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in SRE, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience in scripting with C#, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in basic SQL/Postgres and cloud computing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model (25% in-office).
