What you will do

• Administer and support Oracle Linux systems, including patching, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage OCI resources including compute, VCNs, subnets, routing, and load balancers.
• Configure and maintain OCI security through IAM, NSGs, security lists, and compartments.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) and Ansible.
• Support and monitor SFTP and mail services to ensure secure access.
• Participate in production support, incident response, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience administering Linux in production (Oracle Linux or RHEL).
• Strong hands-on experience with OCI administration (compute, networking, IAM, security).
• Deep proficiency with Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state) and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and PKI/certificates.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and experience supporting SFTP and SMTP services.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as OCI Architect Professional/Associate, RHCSA, or RHCE.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Packer, HashiCorp Vault, and OCI Bastion/Cloud Guard.
