What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture across backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Develop core platform modules including digital wallets, commission/referral logic, and ecommerce engines.
• Integrate AI features such as recommendation logic, scoring models, and intelligent alerts.
• Lead the technical team through task breakdown, PR reviews, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to drive delivery and eliminate bureaucracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of fullstack experience with proficiency in Node.js/NestJS and React/Next.js.
• Proven experience with financial or payment flows, such as wallets, settlements, and payouts.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into product features.
• Actual experience leading a technical team beyond informal mentoring.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Location: Vietnam (HCMC, Ha Noi, or Da Nang).

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, social commerce, or loyalty/rewards platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations, including KYC and AML.
• Experience shipping products across Southeast Asian markets.
