🔹 3+ years of software engineering experience (Mid-Level to Lead)
🔹 Strong Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js skills
🔹 Experience with AWS, MongoDB, and Docker
🔹 Experience building and shipping production systems
🔹 Nice to have: AI/LLM integrations, real-time systems, chat products
