What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Perform thorough code reviews and unit testing to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle from planning to deployment.
• Direct AI coding agents to build features while maintaining accountability for code quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem or .NET.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Commitment to best practices including unit testing and code reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
