What you will do

• Apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses to solve complex structural problems.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and material selection recommendations.
• Lead production teams and coordinate multi-discipline activities on moderately complex projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with the quality program and applicable nuclear engineering codes.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for junior staff.
• Support business development and identify key client drivers to accommodate project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Significant experience in steel and reinforced concrete design specifically for Nuclear Power Plants.
• Experience with nuclear document design verification and writing technical/construction specifications.
• Ability to complete US pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in software: Risa-3D, Staad Pro, GT Strudl, or ANSYS.
• Expertise in codes: ASME Section III/XI, AISC (15th Edition), and ACI 318/349.
