What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP support engineers to achieve client and employee satisfaction targets.
• Drive resolution for complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert SAP knowledge.
• Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Develop application break fixes and scripts to identify and correct data issues.
• Collaborate with global teams to extend field experience and support business change.
• Participate in the sales cycle by providing expertise and articulating service quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Fluent English and Portuguese required
• 10+ years of relevant SAP software product support experience with techno-functional skills.
• 5+ years of SAP AMS support experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience managing teams of 7+ people.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as MM, WM, FICO, SD, HCM, PP, or PM.
• Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC platforms including full life-cycle implementation.

Nice to have

• ITIL or ITSM certification.
• PMP-PMI certification.
• Experience with localizations and global implementations.
