What you will do

• Monitor Notices of Findings and missing documentation requests from HUD, VA, investors, and bond agencies.
• Log and route regulatory notices in the CCM mortgage servicing hub (AMPED) to appropriate team members.
• Obtain, forward, and follow up on required paperwork to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
• Coordinate the review and correction of Note and Mortgage documents for accuracy and alignment with agency requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in post-purchase review, loss mitigation, or mortgage processing.
• Knowledge of HUD, VA, investor, and bond-agency documentation and regulatory notices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging and tracking documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
