What you will do

• Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical and structural systems and components.
• Perform inspections on suspended access and fall protection equipment per OSHA, ANSI, IWCA, and ASME standards.
• Conduct engineering calculations for structural elements including steel beams, concrete slabs, and columns.
• Manage and support load testing and equipment installation projects from start to finish.
• Generate design drawings, specifications, and certification reports.
• Collaborate with clients, support proposal generation, and manage subcontractors during installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving record standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (including overnight) and work at heights near roof edges.
• Ability to pass a physical exam, background check, and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in structural analysis and design.
• Familiarity with design codes and standards such as AISC, ACI, and IBC.
