Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle LMS implementations.
• English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work permit or EU citizenship.
• Availability for hybrid work (1x/week in office).
