What you will do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for HR systems.

• Manage support tickets and track KPIs consistently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve end-user issues.
• Interpret and support HR processes and workflows, specifically in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an HR Application Support Analyst.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM).
• Fluency in English (B2) and French (B2).
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week in Porto).
• Strong organizational and administrative mindset.
