What you will do

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ATOSS Workforce Management platforms.
• Lead end-to-end ATOSS implementations from project kick-off to go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to address complex workforce management requirements.
• Provide expert technical support within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an ATOSS Workforce Management Consultant.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full end-to-end ATOSS implementations.
• English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Availability for hybrid work (1x/week in Braga, Coimbra, or Lisbon).

• Portuguese language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
