What you will do

• Lead the design and development of application features across backend, frontend, or full stack.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and UX teams to define requirements and align expectations.
• Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and manage delivery risks.
• Advocate for engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Microsoft Entity Framework, and React.
• Proven experience leading small teams or acting as a senior/lead developer.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or distributed systems.
• Experience formally supervising or mentoring developers.
