What you will do

• Lead financial planning, NPV/IRR modeling, and ROI evaluation for GPU cluster procurement decisions.
• Design the financial architecture for major infrastructure deals and analyze build/lease/route trade-offs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for lenders and debt partners, managing covenant reporting and draw schedules.
• Structure and raise financing packages that align debt terms with cluster deployment and revenue ramp.
• Build and maintain multi-year capex forecasting models across procurement, energy, and operations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to set capital allocation priorities and establish financial controls at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years in infrastructure/project finance, infrastructure-focused private equity, or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience building complex financial models for capital-intensive physical assets (e.g., data centers, energy).
• Familiarity with the economics of GPU compute, data center operations, or cloud/neocloud business models.
• Experience structuring debt financing and managing lender relationships.
• Ability to build financial frameworks from scratch in environments with shifting assumptions.
• Comfort operating in a lean, high-trust startup team with direct founder access.
