TL;DR

Non-QM Branch Loan Processor (Mortgage): Providing customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite Non-QM loans with an accent on thorough review of borrower credit, income, assets, and compliance. Focus on assembling complete loan packages, verifying documents, communicating with stakeholders, and managing pipeline for efficient processing.

Onsite in branches across all 50 US states, D.C., and Puerto Rico

Hourly Rate: $27.00-$33.00, eligible for monthly bonus incentive

What you will do

  • Review and analyze borrower’s credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting.
  • Assemble complete loan packages, complete checklists, and prepare approval summaries and forms.
  • Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain missing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations like RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, and prepare disclosures.
  • Order and verify third-party services like property surveys, flood certificates, and title commitments.
  • Manage pipeline, document communications, train new processors, and assist with closing and servicing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
  • Experience with Non-QM loan types.
  • Working knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred.
  • Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Encompass experience; available for varying hours and overtime.
