What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, including hypothesis validation and defining success metrics.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, and financial sustainability.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead cross-functional launches by aligning engineering, content, operations, and sales teams.
- Establish scalable product discovery, prioritization, and feedback systems to increase team efficiency.
- Evaluate product investments through an ROI and impact lens to optimize organizational resources.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a strong grasp of agile discovery and development.
- Solid understanding of software development practices and ability to estimate complexity for software requests.
- Demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex data sets and advocate for evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and senior leaders through tailored communication.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
