What you will do
- Develop electrical distribution and emergency generator system designs and documentation in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Design lighting systems, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
- Perform electrical load calculations and size equipment.
- Survey existing buildings to identify electrical systems and components.
- Review equipment submittals for compliance with contract documents.
- Observe and report upon electrical construction work in progress.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar Engineering Technology program.
- 3-5+ years of experience in electrical systems design for various types of facilities.
- Design experience in commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
- Hands-on experience with latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit, MS Office, and simulation software.
- Must be based in or be able to work from one of the specified US locations.
