What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Partnership roles.
• Act as a strategic talent partner and advisor to senior GTM executives.
• Develop and execute robust talent pipelines for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Use data analytics and market insights to forecast risks and influence hiring decisions.
• Coordinate search strategies including outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years in GTM roles within tech or IT companies.
• Must be based in the US (East Coast).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, and enterprise tech talent landscapes.
• Proven ability to influence senior business stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse and modern sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for candidates.
