We’re looking for an Account Management Team Lead to lead and scale a high-performing team in a fast-growing B2B crypto processing fintech.

This role focuses on managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and building strong account management processes across a portfolio of strategic clients.

🔹 What you’ll do
• Lead and develop the Account Management team
• Manage key strategic clients and ensure top-tier experience
• Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell & retention
• Act as escalation point for complex client cases
• Build scalable AM processes and reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Ops & Compliance

🔹 What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in payments / fintech
• Experience with high-risk industries (iGaming preferred)
• 2+ years in leadership / team management
• Strong commercial mindset & client focus
• Fluent English & Russian
