Strategic Key Account Manager (Payments)

About the Role:
We are looking for a commercially sharp Key Account Manager to grow and protect our most strategic merchant and partner relationships. You will be the single point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue, retention and expansion across our payments and crypto processing products.

What you will do:
Own a portfolio of strategic accounts — onboard, grow and retain clients using Utorg's payment infrastructure.
Build deep relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders at partner organisations.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; structure commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Support and Finance to resolve partner issues and deliver on commitments.
Track account health metrics, revenue forecasts and escalation risks; report to leadership regularly.

Must-haves:
4+ years in key account management, partnerships or business development in payments, acquiring or fintech.
Solid understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, settlement flows and fee structures.
Proven track record of hitting revenue retention and growth targets.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and spoken English; fluent Russian.

Nice to have:
Experience with crypto payment gateways or on/off-ramp products.
Existing network among merchants, PSPs or crypto businesses.
Familiarity with compliance and KYB requirements for merchant onboarding.
