We are looking for a highly commercial Senior Key Account Manager (BizDev / Farming).

Let’s be clear: this is not a B2C support or VIP player management role. We are looking for a money-maker and a strategic partner for our B2B merchants. If your main metric is "customer satisfaction," this isn't for you. If your main metric is "portfolio revenue growth," welcome aboard!

After a deep 3-month onboarding with our team, you will take full ownership of a dedicated portfolio of Tier-1 enterprise clients.

🎯 The Mission:
Pure Business Development (Farming): Your primary goal is to help our merchants process more money. You don't wait for inbound requests; you proactively identify revenue leaks and propose solutions.
Strategic Upselling & Cross-selling: Analyze conversion rates and payment flows. Pitch new Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), GEOs, and crypto solutions to maximize processing volumes.
Data-Driven Growth: You manage relationships by looking at the dashboard. You operate with GTV, Approval Rates, Decline reasons, and Margin.

💥 Who you are:
4+ years in B2B Sales, BizDev, or Key Account Management strictly within PSPs or Crypto Processing.
Deep Payments Expertise. You understand acquiring, crypto processing, APMs, and on-ramp architecture. You know exactly why a transaction drops at the gateway level.
English (B2/C1) is mandatory.
