TL;DR

Sales & Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing a B2B client portfolio for an EMI payment service with an accent on relationship building and revenue growth. Focus on driving client retention, conducting QBRs, and collaborating with Product and Compliance teams to tailor payment solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) - Hybrid work options between the office in Vilnius and remote locations

Salary: Gross starting from 2,975 EUR + performance-based bonus

A Lithuania-based EMI delivering a personalized, boutique payment experience to B2B, B2C, and C2B clients.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and tailoring solutions.
  • Run regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML, and Compliance teams.
  • Track client performance and proactively mitigate risks to convert opportunities into growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management within iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise client experience.
  • Deep knowledge of payments or fintech products.
  • Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Russian.
