What you will do

• Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE® platform to support both agency workflows and future SaaS expansion.
• Translate complex creative, brand, and agency workflows into scalable technical systems and data models.
• Integrate AI, LLMs, and automation tools where they provide tangible value to the workflow.
• Ship v1 rapidly, iterate based on live user feedback, and establish early technical standards and documentation.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the founder on product vision, sequencing, and build-vs-buy decisions.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles.
• Proven track record of building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1.
• Production-grade proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js/Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Strong skills in systems thinking and data modeling with Postgres and hybrid schemas.
• Practical experience implementing LLMs, prompt engineering, and using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Must be based in Latin America (Latams).

• Experience building tools for creative agencies or knowledge workers.
• Prior experience as a founder or early employee at a startup.
• Interest in brand design, storytelling, and creative systems.
