DevOps Intern (AI)

TL;DR

DevOps Intern (AWS/Terraform): Supporting the DevOps team in maintaining and improving infrastructure for an AI customer service platform with an accent on reliability, observability, and automation. Focus on debugging incidents, building CI/CD pipelines, and implementing observability dashboards.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
• Debug incidents, triage issues, and resolve system failures.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to increase operational efficiency.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and health checks using Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with software engineers and security teams to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Linux fundamentals (shell, permissions, processes).
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/HTTP, ports, firewalls).
• Exposure to AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong communication skills and a diagnostic mindset.
• Availability for the contract period: May 6 to August 28, 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
