Salary: $156,000 - $231,000

What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects from problem definition and technical design through rollout.
• Build and improve platform primitives that simplify deployment, operation, and debugging for service teams.
• Enhance observability and operational readiness to reduce MTTR and prevent repeat incidents.
• Identify and implement cost and performance improvements across cloud infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Collaborate with Security to implement practical controls such as least-privilege access and secret management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve monitoring and alerting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience operating mission-critical cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP accepted).
• Proficiency in Terraform for maintaining production codebases.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python preferred).
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting workloads in Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the listed US states and not require company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing automation to reduce manual intervention in incident response.
• Experience integrating LLM-based tooling into infrastructure workflows.
