What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture of the internal developer platform
• Design foundational infrastructure, internal tooling, and automation to boost productivity
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, observability systems, and AI-powered agentic workflows
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance in production
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence platform direction
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams on best practices and incident response

Requirements

• Fluency in English required
• 8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps
• Strong programming (Go, Python, JavaScript or similar)
• Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems, infrastructure-as-code, and developer platforms
• Experience with AI/LLMs for automation and productivity tools
• Strong system design, leadership, and communication skills

• Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ArgoCD, Helm, Datadog
• Fintech or regulated environments
• Bitcoin knowledge
