What you will do

• Build and evolve test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript for API and UI testing.
• Lead the transition from legacy Selenium/Java and Postman frameworks to a unified CI/CD strategy.
• Partner with Agile feature teams to define acceptance criteria and promote a test-first mindset.
• Develop automated REST/SOAP API tests and end-to-end functional validation.
• Use SQL queries to validate data integrity and manage test data strategies.
• Mentor peers and serve as a quality engineering champion to improve overall QA practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience migrating from Selenium/Java or Postman to modern automation tools.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Ability to write and maintain SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with test case management tools like qTest, QMetry, or TestRail.
