What you will do

• Take AI prototypes and move them into production business environments to deliver real impact.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into shippable AI solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and implement LLMOps and EvalOps practices.
• Develop AI-powered customer service automation and embedded AI agents for enterprise processes.
• Automate complex workflows for consultant teams using LLM-powered systems.
• Influence and shape hirify.global's internal AI engineering approach and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Java for building production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI/Claude SDKs.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools such as LangSmith.
