What you will do

• Analyze current operating environments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Facilitate discussions with leadership and staff to refine success definitions and address operational frustrations.
• Design data collection plans and lead workshops to perform illustrative analysis.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative recommendations based on process design thinking.
• Establish agreement among key stakeholders on process improvement steps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), financial forecasting, and cost estimation.
• Experience with DoD budget execution and defense financial management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or 5+ years of experience in financial management.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or KM certifications.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or CPA.
• Financial Management DAWIA Level II Certification.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for expenditure tracking.
