What you will do

• Drive technical strategy and solution architecture for airborne platform modernization pursuits.
• Partner with BD, pricing, delivery, and SMEs to align Price-to-Win, staffing, BOEs, and risk mitigations.
• Prepare solutions for color reviews and proposal volumes, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Lead customer engagement, translate mission needs into discriminating features and teaming approaches.
• Orchestrate proposal volumes, compliance matrices, and cost modeling using Pro Pricer.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solution Shaping, Technical Strategy, CONOPS, interfaces, risk logs, and requirements tracing to SRR/PDR/CDR
• Experience with proposal readiness, compliance matrices, BOEs, FAR/DFARS, EVM, IMS
• Price-to-Win modeling, competitive analysis, cost volumes with Pro Pricer
• Customer/stakeholder engagement with AFLCMC, airworthiness, MIL-HDBK-516 certification
• Knowledge of color reviews, gate governance, technical risk mitigation
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years in capture management on AFLCMC programs, OTA vehicles like SOSSEC
• Program/portfolio leadership, EVM/IMS management at OEM/integrator
• Deep avionics integration, MIL-STD-1553, sensor integration
• Flight test/certification leadership, DT/OT execution
• TS/SCI clearance, DAU/Shipley/Pro Pricer certifications
