Salary: $55,300 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop VR and interactive software solutions to improve military training and readiness.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from early prototyping to final deployment.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to build high-impact 3D applications.
• Implement scene management, physics, and rendering pipelines using the Unity engine.
• Translate complex military training needs into functional immersive software.

Requirements

• Experience with Unity development, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven track record of building interactive 3D applications or games.
• Experience with VR/AR development and headset SDKs (e.g., Meta Quest, HTC Vive).
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Game Development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity 6.0 or newer.
• Background in simulation, serious games, or training application design.
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project tracking.
• Experience developing for iOS, Android, or standalone VR headsets.
• Python scripting skills for automation and knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
