What you will do

• Tackle complex problems by designing, developing, and supporting production pipeline technologies from DCC tools to runtime game systems
• Enable artists and designers to create assets across all production stages, improving workflows, UX, and performance
• Navigate and improve an extensive codebase
• Interact with multiple departments on game systems and pipeline technologies
• Experience total project ownership, building tools directly used by artists and designers
• Adapt responsibilities based on project needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in video game industry
• Minimum 1 shipped AAA game
• B.S. in Computer Science and/or Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Excellent 3D math skills (linear algebra, vector math)
• Extensive experience creating PC applications in C++ or C# (level editor, art catalogue, animation editor, shader editor, DCC plug-ins, build tools, etc.)
• Experience with PC application programming

• Experience with console programming
• Experience with databases and query optimizations
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience using DCC applications
