What you will do

• Own and maintain Compliance Program reporting standards, templates, and artefacts to ensure executive-ready outputs.
• Collate, validate, and analyse compliance data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership and regulators.
• Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to embed consistent reporting disciplines.
• Monitor alignment with the Compliance Management Framework to identify and escalate risks and early warning indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data quality in collaboration with Legal and PMO teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in compliance program reporting within complex, highly regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in establishing reporting frameworks, standards, and governance artefacts.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with project managers, Legal, and PMO teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with a track record of deriving data-driven insights to identify risks and trends.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills to balance regulatory rigor with pragmatic business advice.
