What you will do

• Conduct independent channel-related investigations including evidence collection and data analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and contributing factors.
• Escalate systemic or material issues to the Senior Manager and Director.
• Prepare reasoned investigation findings and recommendations for leadership review.
• Ensure all activities meet governance standards and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain accurate investigation repositories and governance artefacts for audit and business use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical expertise for in-depth root cause examinations using complex data sets.
• Ability to develop clear and concise reports and recommendations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Macquarie Park, NSW.
