What you will do

• Manage daily ETF basket generation, monitoring, and rebalances of Dimensional-managed indices.
• Perform regular quantitative validations to ensure accuracy of inputs for research and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with investment teams to analyze portfolio constructions and benchmarks.
• Assist in designing systems architecture and data structures for internal portfolio analytics.
• Develop and automate new processes to increase operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong capacity for and interest in quantitative work.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and database querying.
• Experience with C# or Python programming.
• Experience working with large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETFs, ETF basket generation, and mutual fund data.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
• Experience in software Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance (QA).
