What you will do

• Develop and maintain expert-level metrics and dashboards using Grafana and similar data tools.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure performant and scalable data architecture.
• Use Python for development and automation tasks within the product lifecycle.
• Provide technology leadership, coaching, and guidance to other team members in a Scrum environment.
• Drive the adoption of and migration to public cloud technologies.
• Maintain a production-first mindset to ensure high uptime and rapid triage of production issues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Grafana and proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams with a track record of leading improvements.
• Demonstrated mastery of software development patterns, architecture, and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field (or commensurate experience).
