What you will do

• Take ownership of capital allocation and strategy across liquid markets.
• Build and scale a new asset management function from the ground up.
• Manage capital with direct P&L ownership.
• Develop and implement risk management and portfolio construction strategies.
• Build and lead high-performance trading teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing capital with direct P&L ownership.
• Strong background across liquid markets (crypto, derivatives, macro, etc.).
• Deep understanding of risk management and portfolio construction.
• Experience operating in high-performance trading environments.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams.

Nice to have

• Crypto-native or DeFi trading experience.
• Background in HFT, market-making, or systematic strategies.
• Experience scaling strategies without degrading performance.
