TL;DR

Art Director (Marketing): Designing a wide range of creative projects including marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, experiential design, site design, social media, email campaigns and display ads with an accent on digital design and strategic thinking. Focus on collaborating with creatives and clients, delivering solutions that impact brand metrics and business outcomes, and presenting in creative reviews.

Location: Alpharetta, GA. Option to work from home near one of our Hubs but required to commute to nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities such as meetings, training and events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor employment visas.

Salary: 60,000.00 - 112,000.00 USD Annual

What you will do

• Design marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, experiential design, presentations, site design, social media, email campaigns and display ads
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, copywriters, developers, videographers, account team and clients
• Deliver creative solutions impacting brand metrics and business outcomes
• Present and participate in creative reviews
• Follow briefs, budgets, timelines and processes while ensuring quality standards
• Offer new ideas for creative processes and perform special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or high school diploma + 6 years visual design and management experience
• Minimum 4 years professional advertising agency or in-house creative team experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative programs and Figma
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must provide portfolio or work samples
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
• Must be 18+, pass drug test, background check, fingerprints; satisfy FDIC Section 19
