What you will do
- Drive end-to-end product development process for apparel and festival merchandise.
- Translate design concepts into technical specifications and ensure production readiness.
- Source and manage vendors to meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
- Own development timelines, approvals, sampling, and production handoffs.
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams on creative and commercial balance.
- Research new materials, techniques, and resolve issues in fit, materials, and delivery.
Requirements
- 3β5 years product development experience in apparel, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, sourcing, and graphic applications.
- Experience managing domestic and international vendors/factories.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, Adobe Suite, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in fast-paced environment.
- Interest in electronic music, festivals, and youth culture.
