What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development process for apparel and festival merchandise.
• Translate design concepts into technical specifications and ensure production readiness.
• Source and manage vendors to meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Own development timelines, approvals, sampling, and production handoffs.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams on creative and commercial balance.
• Research new materials, techniques, and resolve issues in fit, materials, and delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years product development experience in apparel, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, sourcing, and graphic applications.
• Experience managing domestic and international vendors/factories.
• Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, Adobe Suite, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines in fast-paced environment.
• Interest in electronic music, festivals, and youth culture.
