Product Manager (Web Hosting)

What you will do

• Own product KPIs like revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction
• Manage full product lifecycle: research, roadmap, development, launches, and iterative improvements
• Handle pricing, costs, product descriptions, and customer insights
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and engineering on strategy, requirements, promotions, testing, and demos
• Track and analyze success metrics; pilot products to test assumptions

Requirements

• Strong communicator able to create content and present to diverse audiences
• Excellent use of qualitative/quantitative data for decision-making
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with engineering on iterative delivery
• Skill in coordinating priorities against time, scope, resources
• Strong understanding of hosting industry or web development
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SCRUM or agile methodologies
