TL;DR
Product Manager (Web Hosting): Manage existing portfolio of web hosting products and define product strategy/roadmap with an accent on KPIs, pricing, customer experience, and lifecycle management. Focus on conducting market research, competitive analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven iterative development/feature releases.
Location: Remote from anywhere (performed outside of Ontario)

What you will do
- Own product KPIs like revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction
- Manage full product lifecycle: research, roadmap, development, launches, and iterative improvements
- Handle pricing, costs, product descriptions, and customer insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and engineering on strategy, requirements, promotions, testing, and demos
- Track and analyze success metrics; pilot products to test assumptions
Requirements
- Strong communicator able to create content and present to diverse audiences
- Excellent use of qualitative/quantitative data for decision-making
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with engineering on iterative delivery
- Skill in coordinating priorities against time, scope, resources
- Strong understanding of hosting industry or web development
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
Nice to have
- Prior experience with SCRUM or agile methodologies
